Deposit - Hiring the Whole Hostel
Deposits are required if the whole hostel is being booked of a £100 on confirmation of booking, half on the full amount is due one month after that.
Deposit - Large Groups
Groups of more than four, a deposit of £20 and full payment is due 8 weeks before arrival.
Deposit - Individuals
Booking of less than four people full payment is required on booking.
Payments can be made by: either cheque addressed to Denise Robinson, or credit card, or PayPal via the online booking system.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Please contact us immediately should you choose to cancel your booking so we have chance to be able to re-let your room(s). A full deposit will be refunded if notice is given at least one month in advance of your booking. If it is later than one month before your booking, we will try and re-let your booking. If we are successful, you will be refunded all monies minus a £15 administration fee.
Group bookings are entitled to a 50 percent refund if they cancel 2 months before arrival date.
Checking in times: the office is open at 5 o'clock every day in season, however, Denise is happy to let anyone have access to the Hostel before 5 o'clock if they call her on her mobile.
Checking out times: please vacate your room by 11am
