Terms and Conditions


Booking and Deposit for Hiring the Whole Hostel

A deposit of 20% of the full price is required on confirmation of booking. Full payment is due 8 weeks before arrival.


Booking Large Groups (4+)

Full payment is due 8 weeks before arrival, no deposit required.


Booking Individuals

Booking of less than four people full payment is required on booking.


Payments Accepted

Payments can be made by: either cheque addressed to Denise Robinson, or credit card, or PayPal via the online booking system.


Cancellation & Refund Policy

Please contact us immediately should you choose to cancel your booking so we have chance to be able to re-let your room(s). A full deposit will be refunded if notice is given at least one month in advance of your booking. If it is later than one month before your booking, we will try and re-let your booking. If we are successful, you will be refunded all monies minus a £15 administration fee.

Group bookings are entitled to a 50 percent refund if they cancel 2 months before arrival date.


Checking In/Out

Checking in times: the office is open at 5 o'clock every day in season, however, Denise is happy to let anyone have access to the Hostel before 5 o'clock if they call her on her mobile: 0781 255 8525.

Please contact Denise if you are arriving later than 6:30pm.

Checking out times: please vacate your room by 11am.



Clean bedding is on all beds on arrival, though Denise does ask you to remove all bedding on departure.



Please call Denise to discuss the possibilities of having dogs.
